She played for Scotland in the women's home internationals every season from 2000 to 2004 inclusive before turning pro.
She was married at Castle Campbell, Dollar in July 2014 to Marcus Casey, a South African/Irishman, whom she met at the Dubai Ladies Masters in 2010.
The couple live at Muscat, the capital city of Oman.

The final results are as follows:
The OHI Under 12's Open

Lynn Kenny Casey talks about her Oman Amateur Championship victory

"I have to say I was secretly delighted to beat the men's score as well! It's always an honour to win a national championship," said Lynn who originally lived in Dunblane.

"I have been here since January 2013, originally working as an the oil and gas sector as an executive assistant but  now working as a PA for a shareholder in of a large family conglomerate, The Zubair Corporation.
"My handicap is now scratch."
It will be interesting to see if Lynn  returns to play in the Scottish women's amateur championship at Elie from June 5 to 9.
"I haven't made any plans to come back for it - I am working full-time, so holidays are limited," said Lynn.

"I will take a look, but I don't think I'll manage," said Lynn.

"I had a first round of two-under-par 70 which was a new women's course record at Ghala Golf Club. I followed it up with a six-over 78 with three nasty double bogeys tainting my card.
"I haven't walked 36 holes for a long time so I put my poorer second round down to being tired from walking and carrying the first round!

"It's usually buggies everywhere out here - makes for a very lazy lifestyle! "I should also add that I had another Scot involved in my Oman victory - Almouj Golf Club Ladies captain, Yvonne Middleton (Dunaverty) - - nice memories from Machrihanish in 2000 when she caddied for me in the second round.

"She’s in the photo of the prize presentation - with the white skirt and white shoes, to the left of me."
