Bronte Law and UCLA win PING/ASU Invitational at Tempe, Arizona

Bronte Law helped UCLA (University of California-Los Angeles) to its third win this season on Sunday with a 12-under-par showing at the PING/ASU Invitational in Tempe, Arizona
Law, the No.1 player in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, got off to a hot start with a first-round 64 and capped the weekend at 71-69 for 204. It was thn'se Cheshire student and English women's amateur champiosecond win this season. 
Team-mate No. 20 Lilia Vu was three strokes back at 9 under, carding 68-67-72, to take second place.
UCLA, the No. 1 team in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, finished at 12 under and will head into the Pac-12 Championships April 18.
No. 12 Arizona State finished runner-up at 6-under 858. No. 22 Linnea Strom had the best finish for Arizona State at 5 under for third place. No. 4 Monica Vaughn carded 4 over for a T-17 finish.
No. 1 Alabama couldn’t quite make up the seven strokes it lost to UCLA during the first round, finishing 5 under for third place. 
No. 26 Cheyenne Knight led the Crimson Tide with a T-4 finish at 4 under and No. 15 Emma Talley finished sixth at 1 under.
