Jen Saxton retains P and K title at Alyth 

Jen Saxton retained the Perth and Kinross women's county championship at Alyth Golf Club by beating the 2011 title-winner, Nicola Robertson (Stirling), a US college student, by 4 and 3 in the final.

It was nip and tuck before Saxton pulled ahead after the turn.

Junior member Megan Thom (Alyth) and Helen Lang (Pitlochry) had a marathon battle which to the 20th hole where Megan sank her put for a par to win the match.
