Kimberley Beveridge's top 10 finish in Texas

Kimberley Beveridge (Aboyne), a first-year student at Tyler Junior College, Texas, finished tied 10th in a field of 34 players at the TJC Spring Intercollegiate 36-hole tournmanet at Oak Hurst Golf Club, Ballard in Texas.

Over a par-72 course of 5,887yd, Kimberley, pictured, had rounds of 84 and 83 for 167 - 17 shots behind the winner, team-mate Anya Anders who won by three strokes with rounds of 76 and 74 for 150.
Redlands (632) won the team title ahead of Western Texas (639_ and Tyler JC (642) in a field of six teams 
 
 Sophie from London  has T4 finish in Georgia
 
Sophie Bargeron, from London, a freshman at Armstrong State University, Georgia, finished tied fourth in a field of 71 players at the Armstrong Pirates' Women's Invitational at Savannah Quarters Country Club, Georgia.

Over a par-72 course of 5,907yd, Sophie, pictured left, shot 76, 77 and 76 for a 54-hole aggregate of 229, seven behind the winner, Franziska Bremm (West Georgia) who had scores of 73, 74 and 75 to win by three shots with a six-over-par 222 total.
Armstrong State (921) won the team title ahead of West Georgia (931) and UNC Pembroke (936) in a field of 13 teams.
