Hannah McCook qualifies for Spanish 

match-play with a stroke to spare

In the Spanish women's amateur championship at Escorpion Golf Club, Valencia, Grantown on Spey's Hannah McCook made the 32 match-play qualifiers with a stroke to spare.

She had rounds of 76 and 74 for 150 and was the 23rd qualifier.

Hannah's first-round match-play opponent is Ireland's Paula Grant, the 10th qualifier.

Top seed is Spain's Maria Parra Luque with 72-70 for 142.
