Georgia Hall looking to hit peak form in Abu Dhabi

Press release:
Georgia Hall looking to hit peak form in Abu Dhabi
Georgia Hall tees up in the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open this week looking to seal her first Ladies European Tour title at the stunning Saadiyat Beach Golf Club in Abu Dhabi.
Hall started the week in winning fashion by hitting a monster 579-yard drive down the drag strip at Yas Marina Race Track, believed to be the world's longest drive by a female golfer.
The 21-year-old from Wimborne is keen to stay in the limelight with another record performance on the golf course.
She finished as the runner-up in the tournament last year, three strokes behind Beth Allen, after shooting a women's course record of eight-under-par 64 in the second round, which she equalled in Tuesday's Pro-Am.
"This tournament brings back a lot of good memories for me, having my best result here last year," said Hall, who has two professional wins, on the Australian tour and the LET Access Series. "Abu Dhabi was the first place where I played golf abroad, as a 12-year-old, so it's a special place. The Gary Player design is amazing and suits my game. I'm always happy to come back here."
After six top-10s from eight tournaments, Hall is well on her way to winning the LET Order of Merit when the year-long race concludes in Dubai in just over a month and she believes that she'll have a great chance in Abu Dhabi with her new boyfriend Harry Tyrrell on the bag.
The fellow golf professional recently quit his job at Hindhead Golf Club to caddie for the remainder of the season and pursue his own golfing ambitions on the Europro Tour.
The pair met through Instagram during the week of the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open, just before Hall qualified for The Solheim Cup and made her debut on the team for Europe.
"He followed me on Instagram and then, when we were in Scotland and the weather was really bad, he was playing golf somewhere and complaining about the weather, so I said, 'Are you joking? The weather is so much worse here.' I commented and then we started chatting from there and we met properly after the British Open and since then he hasn't stopped texting me," Hall explained.
Tyrrell, who is also 21, is looking forward to his first caddying experience but declared that his life goal is to beat Hall over a game of golf, as he has played against her seven or eight times and only come close once.
"It's soul destroying playing against her, because I can never win," he said. "If I beat Georgia at golf, then the world will know about it!" Hall added: "He won't."
The second edition of the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open takes place from November 1-4 and is being promoted as a great day out for all the family, with a wide range of golf and other activities to enjoy.
