MICHELE AND GEMMA FINISH HIGH DOWN UNDER
North-east pair Michele Thomson (Meldrum House) from Ellon and Aberdeen-born Gemma Dryburgh finished third and joint fourth respectively in the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour's Hope Island Links, Queensland pro-am today (Monday).
Thomson shot a four-under-par 68 while Dryburgh signed for a two-under 70. Thompson earned £1,130, Dryburgh £753
Australians Rebecca Artis and Hannah Green tied for first place on 66.
England's Felicity Johnson finished level with Dryburgh on the 70 mark.
