Five birdies in a row help Nicola Robertson tie 

for fifth place at Hilton Head Lake Invite

Nicola Robertson, pictured below, from Dunblane, a second-year student at King University, Tennessee, tied for fifth place on 149 (74-75) in the Hilton Head Lakes Invite women's college tournament at Bluffton, South Carolina this week.

Highlight of Nicola's performance was a run of five consecutive birdies in the middle of her second round.
King team-mates Samantha Taylor, a third-year student from Newcastle, and Elizabeth Swallow, a fourth-year student from Berkshire) also shared fifth place, six shots behind the individual winner, Paula Guridi (Mount Olive) who had three shots to spare at the head of a field of 88 players after rounds of 68 and 74.
Samantha scored 76-73, Elizabeth 74-75.
Sophie Bargeron from London, a second-year student at Armstrong State University, tied for 12th place on 153 (77-76)
King University (608) finished third in the team event behind Mount Olive (598) and Armstrong State (600) in a field of 16 teams.
