Rachael tied for 30th after second-round 67

 at LPGA Q School

Germany-based Scottish amateur Rachael Taylor, pictured below by Cal Carson Golf Agency, is on target to make the first cut - to the top 130 and ties - in the LPGA/Symetra Tour Qualifying School Stage 1 tournament at Rancho Mirage, California.

She has had rounds of 76 and 67 for 143 and is placed T30.
English amateur Alison Knowles is T46 on 144 (70-74).
Curtis Cup player Charlotte Thomas is T62 with 73-72 for 145.
Melissa Siviter from English is T100 with 73-74 for 147.
But outside the cut zone after 36 holes are England's Tara McLay-Kidd (77-73 for 150), Lauren Taylor (75-76 for 151 and T191), Curtis Cup player Meghan MacLaren (79-77 for 146 and T261) and Rachael Drummond (80-79 for 159 and T306).

The huge field - 340 still playing over three courses- is headed as follows:
134 Sarah Schmelzel (USA) 67 67
137 Daniela Darquea (Ecuador) (am) 67 70, Savannah Vilaubi (USA) 67 70.
