Jane Turner sharing third place in Finnish 

Open with a two-under-par 69

Jane Turner (West Linton) maintained her improved form with a two-under-par 69 to be sharing third place at the end of the first round of the Ladies' Finnish Open at Hillside Golf, Vihti.
Jane had birdies at the first, 12th and 13th and only one bogey, at the 18th.
She is two shots behind the Finnish leader, Oona Vartianen.
Laura Murray (Kippie Lodge) is joint 36th on 74  which included birdies at the fifth, 14th and 16th but bogeys at the 17th and 18th.
Sally Watson (Castle Stuart) had a 75 which left her sharing 47th place. Starting at the 10th, she birdied the 12th but then dropped shorts at the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th.
Michele Thomson (Meldrum House)  is in joint 54th place after a 76 which included two birdies and seven bogeys.
