Three Scots  (Goadby, McCook and Batty) make the cut at English women's stroke-play,

Three Scots, Chloe Goadby (St Regulus), Hannah McCook (Grantown on Spey) and Gemma Batty (Moffat) survived the second-round cut in the English women's open amateur stroke-play championship at Bristol and Clifton Golf Club today.
Goadby (79-72) and McCook (76-75( are tied 19th on 151, three inside the limit qualifying mark.
Batty shot 80-72 for joint 26th place for 152, 13 strokes behind the leader by two, Georgia Price (Bude and North Cornwall) whose had had rounds of 74 and 65 for 17-under-par 139.
Gabrielle MacDonald (Craigielaw) (79-76) and Jennifer Saxton (Muckhart) (76-79) missed out on 145.
Lauren Whyte (St Regulus) had scores of 84 and 80 for 164.
