 Eilidh turns up trumps for Scots women

Scotland beat Netherlands 3-2 in their opening Flight B match
of the European women's team championship at Oddur GC, Iceland.
Eilidh Briggs won 3 and 2 to gain the decisive third point for the Scots.
Earlier, Jess Meek and Heather Munro had won their foursomes tie 5-3 and Hannah McCook won at the 19th in the singles.
Then Connie Jaffrey lost by 5 and 4, followed by a 3 and 2 defeat for Rachel Taylor.
Other Flight B results: 
Ireland 1.5, Slovenia 3.5
Italy 3.5, Belgium 1.5
France 3, Iceland 2.
