Europe lead USA 8-5 but three Saturday

matches still to finish could narrow that gap

Yet again three matches were unfinished when bad light stopped play on Day 2 of the Solheim Cup match in Germany.

Either the weather is worse over there than it is in Scotland or the players are taking ages over every hole.
The situation is that the only afternoon match finished today was won by the United States, which means that Europe lead 8-5 overall with three ties to finish before the final session of singles.

Europe lead USA 8-5

Only Saturday afternoon tie completed:
A Munoz and C Ciganda lost to L Thompson and C Kerr 3 and 2.

Saturday afternoon ties to finish from 8.45 Sunday morning:
K Icher and C Matthew are 1 up after 15 holes v L Salas and B Lang.
S Pettersen and C Hull are 1 down after 15 v A Lee and B Linklater.
C Masson and C Hedwall are 1 down after 16 v S Lewis and G Piller.
*The last three matches did not finish due to poor light on Saturday evening
