HOW THE SCOTS ARE FARING IN THE BRITISH WOMEN'S AMATEUR MATCH-PLAY

FIRST ROUND AT MACHYNYS GC
near LLANELLI, SOUTH WALES

Weather report: Another day of wind and rain.

Jess Meek (Carnoustie Ladies) is all square with Caroline Nistrup (Denmark) after nine holes.
Later: Nistrup two up after 13. 
Latest: Nistrup won at the 10th.
Meek squared the match and had a putt of about 12ft on the 18th green which, if she had holed it, would have given her a notable win over the leader at the end of the first qualifying round. But the Carnoustie teenager missed it, the 19th was halved and the Danish girl won at the second extra hole.

Rachael Watton (Mortonhall) is all square with Natalia Escuriola (Spain) after nine holes.
Later: All square after 13 
Latest: Watton won by one hole.
Good win by Rachael who held her nerve in the tightest of matches. never more than a hole in it either way for most of the journey.

Eilidh Briggs (Kilmacolm) v Emily Pedersen (Denmark). 
 All square after nine holes.
Later: Briggs one up after 13 
Latest: Briggs won by two holes

SECOND ROUND
Rachael Watton v Luna Sobron (Spain)
All square after nine holes. 
Later: Sobron one up after 13 holes.
Latest: Sobron won by 2 and 1.

Eilidh Briggs v Emma Carberry (Highwoods).
