KIMBERLEY VERSUS SHEENA FOR CLARK ROSEBOWL AT LONGNIDDRY

Kimberley Beveridge, 17-year-old Aboyne player, and Sheena Wood (Aberdeen Ladies) won their way through to meet each other in an all-North-east final of the Clark Rosebowl, the No 2 match-play competition at the Scottish women's amateur golf championship at Longniddry today.

Kimberley beat another North-east player, Banchory's Linda Urquhart by 7 and 6 in the4 first semi-final.

Sheena beat Denise Cowan (Ranfurly Castle) 5 and 4 in the other tie.
