JANE TURNER LYING SEVENTH IN SOUTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHP

Jane Turner is lying seventh in a field of 38 players after three rounds of the South American women's amateur championship, supported by the R and A, at Cali, Colombia.
The Robert Gordon University design student and Craigielaw GC member has shot 76, 71 and 73 for a 10-over-par tally of 220 - eight strokes behind the leader, Delfina Acosta (Argentina) (70-68-70).
