Gemma Dryburgh scores first win in United States

Aberdeen teenager Gemma Dryburgh has scored her first win in the United States, playing in the final regular season Future Collegians Tour tournament at Feather Sound , Clearwater , Florida at weekend.

Her dad reports: "She did extremely well in temperatures in the mid 90’s and a gusting wind (which unfortunately seems to be pushing the oil slick on to the Gulf beaches). The win pushed her into second place in the final FCWT season’s standings level with Halley Leadbetter, daughter of David."
