IRISH WOMEN'S OPEN AMATEUR STROKE-PLAY

TARA LEADS AFTER 36 HOLES AT CO SLIGO

 

Tara Delaney, bidding for an historic third win in a row in the tournament, is the leader after 36 holes of the Irish women's open amateur stroke-play championship at County Sligo Golf Club.

Carlow GC member Tara, selected for the Curtis Cup match at the end of this month, had rounds of 77 and 74 for a total of 151 with one round to play at Rosses Point.
