Scotland, playing in Flight B, beat Iceland 4-1 in their opening match-play tie of the European Senior Women's team championship in Slovakia.

SENIOR SCOTS MEN BEAT NORWAY 4-1

Title-holders Scotland will play Denmark in Friday's first semi-final of the European Senior Men's Team Championship Flight at the PGA Sweden course. The other tie is between England and Ireland.
The Scots beat Norway 4-1 in the quarter-finals.
