DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University alumna Celine Boutier carded a birdie on the first playoff hole Sunday to win the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Classic on the Symetra Tour.  The win was her first on the Symetra Tour, after totaling a 72-hole ledger of 278 with rounds of 68, 68, 70 and 72 in Greenwood, S.C.

In Sunday's final round, Boutier registered back-to-back birdies on No. 6 and No. 7 to move one shot off the lead at 11-under-par.  She would go on to make 10 pars and a bogey on No. 15 to conclude the day at 10-under-par.  She was tied through 72 holes along with Paola Moreno.  In the playoff, Boutier registered a short birdie, while Moreno added a bogey on the first playoff hole to give Boutier the victory.

Boutier was the 2014 WGCA National Player of the Year and helped lead Duke to the 2014 NCAA Championship in Tulsa, Okla.
