SCOTS TRAIL AFTER LPGA TOUR SCHOOL ROUND 1

Scots Sally Watson (77), Gemma Dryburgh (77) and Kylie Walker (81) have a lot of ground to make up after disappointing starts to the LPGA Tour's Final Qualifying School over five rounds at Daytona Beach, Florida.

The field of 156 players will be cut to the top 70 after four rounds.

Watson and Dryburgh are joint 126th while Walker is sharing 154th spot.
Mel Reid is the leading British player in joint sixth place with a 69 - two behind leaders Pannarat Thanapolboonyaras (Thailand) and American amateur Katelyn Dambaugh.
Scots based Beth Allan is in joint 22nd with a 71
