Girls' golfing talent draws the USA college

coaches to Harlech

There are 35 USA college women's head or assistant golf coaches plus Scot Gemma Webster from ProdreamUSA attending the British girls' open amateur championship at Royal St David's Golf Club, Harlech in North Wales..

They are governed by strict rules from the NCAA.
For instance, they are not allowed to speak, i.e. make a golf scholarship offer, to someone as young as 15 year old Julia Engstrom from Sweden, youngest ever winner of the British women's open amateur championship in June at Dundonald Links, until she is 17 or 18.
