Aberdeenshire beat title-holders Angus at Edzell

North Division women's county team championship title holders Angus, who also won the Scottish women's county finals last year,
lost 6-3 to Aberdeenshire on the opening day of the three-day tournament at Edzell Golf Club.
Aberdeenshire won the foursomes 3-0. The singles were shared 3-3.
In the day's other match, Perth and Kinross beat Northern Counties 5.5-3.5.
The foursomes were shared 1.5-1.5.
P and K won the singles 4-2.
