Ireland have two players in top 9 of 
Women's World Amateur Rankings

For the first time for many years - if ever - Ireland has two players in the top 10 of the Women's World Amateur Rankings (updated today)
Leona Maguire (Slieve Russell and Duke University) continues to hold down the No 1 position.
Now she has been joined by Olivia Mehaffey (Royal Co Down Ladies) who has gone up from No 11 to No 9 this week.

The leading four GB and I players in the table after the Helen Holm Scottish women's open stroke-play at Troon in April will gain automatic selection for the Curtis Cup match against the United States at Dun Laoghaire GC, nr Dublin in June.
The top two in the Ladies Golf Union Order of Merit table at the same stage, if not already qualified through the WAGR, will also gain automatic selection.
The LGU International Selection Panel will choose the remaining two places in the Curtis Cup team of eight.
