The women’s event at Lake Macquarie's Belmont Golf Club, New South Wales is being dominated by a strong South Korean contingent; with last week’s Australian Amateur champion Min-Ji Park leading the way on 5-under.
Robyn Choi of Queensland is the closest Australian, sitting fourth on 3-under while Western Australia's Hannah Green, ranked No 1 in her own country, is the only other Australian in the top 10 on 1-under and tied for 8th.
Scots-born Karis Davidson is T19 in a field of 48. She shot a one-birdie 76.
