Scots senior women win Flight B to

finish ninth in Europe standings

Scotland were offically placed ninth in the final standings at the end of the European senior women's amateur team championship at the National Golf Resort, Lithuania.
The Scots failed to be one of the eight teams to qualify for the championship flight which was won by France, 3=2 winners over England in the final.
Ireland won the bronze medals by beating Germany 4-1
The Scots finished top of Flight B by beating Netherlands 3.5-1.5

Sheena Wood bt Tita McCart at 20th.

Fiona De Vries halved with Karin Berghuys.

GERMANY 1, IRELAND 4
Tatjana Roller and Manon Harsch lost to Sheena McElroy and Mary MacLaren 3 and 2.
Susanne Dierners lost to Gertie McMullen 3 and 2.
Chris Utermark lost to Carol Wickham 2 and 1
Cornelia Schmid-Stutzle halved with Suzanne Corcoran.
Tessa Oldenbourg halved with Laura Webb.
