Aberdeen Ladies regain Watt Duffus Trophy

Aberdeen Ladies have won the Watt Duffus Trophy inter-club team tournament for a fourth time in the past five years. 
The No 1 team quartet of Sheena Wood, Sammy Leslie, Fiona Seedhouse and Lauren Whyte won the tournament at Fraserburgh Golf Club with a best three from four scratch total of 230.
Murcar Ladies 1 finished second on 243 with Duff House Royal 1 third on 254.   
Sammy Leslie had the lowest individual round of 71 and won the Mrs J P Kennaway Cup.
The team handicap trophy was won by host club Fraserburgh with a net total of 224. Their team members weree Suzanne Robertson, Margaret Attfield and Agnes Bell.
Aberdeen Ladies 1 had the best net team total of 223 but could not win both team awards.
The best net individual score was a 72 off five by Tegan Seivwright (Murcar Links).
