Meghan MacLaren's second-round 77 pushed her down to a share of 15th place on 149 after 36 holes of the NCAA St George Rgional at Entrada at Snow Canyon, Utah.
Annie Park (Southern California) leads with 72-71 for 143 - one ahead of Shannon Aubert (Stanford) (75-69) and Dana Finkelstein (UNLV) (72-72).
Jessica Carty, from Holywood, near Belfast and a second-year student at Denver University, is T52 on 156 with rounds of 79 and 77 in a field of 96 players.
The leading teams will go forward to the NCAA finals after one more round.
Southern California (585) lead from Stanford (596) and two teams on 602, California and Arkansas.
