Charlotte Hartshorn, pictured, a second-year student from Nuneaton, Warwickshire, led the Huskies to victory with rounds of 73, 74 and 71 for a total of 218.
She finished second individually, beaten by only one shot by Devanah Naik (Western Texas) (71-74-72 for 217).
Houston Baptist (889) won the team title by three shots from Sam Houston State with Western Texas (912) third of eighth teams.
"Charlotte is one of the most improved players coming from the off-season," head coach David Shuster said.
"By improving her putting and adding lag on her swing in order to add distance to her stroke, she has developed a great edge against her opponents.
"I am thrilled with the girls' play today!" Shuster said. "To get that kind of play going, where every player finishes in the top-20 is something special."
