DEATH NOTICE

MORAG WRIGHT FUNERAL SERVICE

Tuesday, July 22 at Roucan Loch      Crematorium at 2pm

On 10th July 2014, peacefully in hospital in Zurich, Morag Jean Wright. Dearly loved daughter of Ian and Jean Wright of Ferndene, Abercromby Road, Castle Douglas, loving sister of Clifton, Carolyn, Jennifer and Janet and dear friend of Pasquale. 

Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 22nd July at Roucan Loch Crematorium at 2pm. 

All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Family flowers only please. 

If so desired, donations to Cancer Research U.K. may be given at the service. 

Morag played for Scotland in the Home Internationals of 1990, 1991 and 1992.
Scotland won the title at Hunstaton in 1990 and retained it in 1991 when the team was arguably the strongest in living memory, containing five Curtis Cup players: Catriona Lambert, Elaine Farquharson, Mhairi McKay, Janice Moodie and Alison Rose.

From the North or South  Roucan Loch is easily located from the M74 at Lockerbie. Take the A709 signposted Dumfries for 8 miles. Once you are through the village of Torthorwald, drop down the hill for half a mile and take the first road on your left which is signposted Roucan Loch.
After 100 yds turn first right into the grounds.
From the West, either travel through Dumfries following signs for Lockerbie, or take the bypass until the Lockerbie Road roundabout.
Head east on the A709 until the foot of the hill belowTorthorwald, turn right towards Collin and after 100 yards turn right again. 
Follow the road for approximately 400 yards until you come to the car park.
