BRITS COULD MAKE IT TOUGH FOR JOANNA'S HAT-TRICK BID IN AUSTRALIA

The question on everyone’s mind is can anyone stop France’s Joanna Klatten, as she goes for three in a row in the Moss Vale Classic this coming week in New South Wales.

Klatten, pictured, has won the opening two pro-ams of the 2014 ALPG season, the first in a play-off and the second last Friday in the Inghams Antill Park Pro-am by one shot.
The talented Frenchwoman has started 2014 in grand style and will be looking to continue that form in the Classic being played over the two days, January 13 and 14,in the beautiful Southern Highlands.
A total of 67 other players will be trying to stop Klatten and take their share of the $30,000 purse on offer.
The strength of the fields in the Club Car Series continues to rise as we approach the first of our major tournament in less than two weeks.
Moss Vale will see England’s Laura Davies make her first appearance of the (Australian) summer. Davies is a former world No.1 and has over 80 titles to her name.
The honorary ALPG member is a great supporter of the ALPG and is a crowd favourite whenever she plays. It is fantastic to see her playing in the Pro-ams.
Joining Davies in Moss Vale are other notables LET players,  compatriots Trish Johnson and Felicity Johnson and Wales' Becky Brewerton. All three have won on the LET.
Klatten will also face competition from the local Australian contingent, Kristie Smith and Nikki Campbell also start their 2014 campaign at Moss Vale. Smith and Campbell, join the likes of Sarah Kemp, Stacey Keating and Rebecca Artis.
