CAPTAIN TEGWEN AND THE AUSTRALIA-BOUND SCOTS YOUNGSTERS

 Going Down Under to come out on top ... Tegwen Matthews with the Scots chosen for Team GB and the golf section of the Australian Olympic Youth Festival from January 17 to 20 at Twin Creeks Golf Club, New South Wales.
Ewan Scott (St Andrews) is next to Tegwen, the Curtis Cup team captain who is in charge of the teenage golf team for Australia. Then comes Scottish girls Under-18 champion Lauren Whyte (St Regulus, St Andrews) and Bradley Neil (Blairgowrie).
Tegwen, who sent the picture to Kirkwoodgolf, wrote in an E-mail:
"It was taken at Eton School, which is where all the kit-fitting took place, just as it did form Team GB and the Summer Olympics."
Hope they are just as successful in Australia as Team GB was in London.
